ICE and the Border Patrol have been instrumental in reducing sex trafficking which I guess some here favor.

Before ICE, Eisenhower used the army, national guard, and federal marshals.

Maybe we SHOULD have had ICE before 9/11/01. They could have started deporting all the illegals back before it got to such a high level!

Actually, INS was already doing that prior to the creation of ICE as a separate agency to handle the enforcement functions.
