I'm not too sure how they work but I imagine it just tracks the current GPS when activated and then records your activity, time comes when you pop it in your computer and it overlays in Google maps, where it displays the name of hotel and whatnot.

Might be a blessing in disguise.

Why not be honest and just tell the SO you are going out to fuck a MILF, spinner, 24 yr old, etc.?

Agreed, include her in the decision Example;
Husband, "yo, buffalo butt, I need a nut!"
Wife, "fuck off!"
Husband, "ok, bye"
This let's her be apart of the process and thereby strengthens your relationship.
Give it a try!

Yep, best approach is to not raise suspicion. Plan, set and keep boundaries, take all the precautions. If someone feels like they need to track you they will. Applies to ladies and gents alike.

I had a friend and he's not to tech savvy, he'd always blame it on working since he drove a truck. He got smartphones for the family and his wife set up the online portal. Every time he would be about to hobby, she would always call him and ask where he was. He's lie ofcourse, one day he goes home and his wife drops a bag of bricks on his head. She knew his Eccie hobby name, she knew where and when he hobbied. All his texts messages where on the site. All those times she called him, it was by design.
Needless to say, his lies didn't work...

May be we need a new foru devoted to techniques for operating UTR.
I first came to this forum, well it was ASPD actually, back in 2006. At that time there was talk of using a Hobby Phone or a "burner" phone with prepaid minutes.
Today is different of course, but what can be done. . .what is possible to reduce the tech-trail?

Back (way back) in the late 1960s, the Supreme Court determined that everyone had a constitutional "Right To Privacy"
While we may have a legal right to privacy, it seems as though there is no way to secure that privacy. Communications are an open record, we are video recorded everywhere we go and any financial transaction other than cash money, is a matter of record.
This did not happen over night, but over the years technological developments and changes in how society interacts have accumulated to make everythiong we do today available. . . .in some wasy.
There is no longer any amount of anonymity. Public officials and Law Enforcement authorities say that when one is out in public, we should have no expectation of privacy, yet even by staying at home there can be , for many, an electronic record that you are in fact, at home (Alexa, internet activity, cell phone use or non use, home security etc).

It doesn't matter anywhere you go you can be tracked. Have you ever seen parking wars? If you watch, two parking officers drive by cars with a scanner and if they pass a car that has unpaid tickets the system bings notifying the driver to pull over and boot the car. Every wonder how the system works? Today license plates are chipped. At most major intersections there are now police cameras, the ones with the blue flashing light. These cameras all have the same technology and as you drive by the system tags your license plate number. That list is ending up on someone desk. The question is it a divorce lawyer desk.
Your phone is a walking GPS of where you have been. I have a disposable hobby phone when want to hobby. When I want to hobby I turn it on.
Even then I avoid hobbying when I am close to home and set a limit of 30 miles away to hobby. No worries about running into providers.
