It's all in the presentation before, during and after. Collegegirl4u was probably the prime example of a Girlfriend Expereince session.

She was very engaged before BCD activities would start. Acted like a girlfriend as opposed to business mindset of many providers. Asked how your day was, offered a drink, and wanted to hang out for a moment.

When other activities would start, they weren't crazy over the top like a PSE session (although I prefer more PSE in bed as I could get GF stuff any other time, I hobby for other reasons).

And after, didnt mention anything business like or anything like that. Offered a shower, a water to take with you, and asked about plans for the day or weekend. She seemed interested even though might of been part of the act. However. She remembered things next go around so I'll give her that. From beginning to end you thought you dated this chick. Even went further to text on and off with her and a few providers (ymmv). Just a how is your day, or doing anything fun and maybe get together sort of thing. Nothing crazy. But kept conversations short, yet fun.

Other ladies have done very well in proximity to that Experience. Others are more business. Typically she restricts an activity that normally would be included in full GFE. The most common restrictions are little-to-no kissing, no DATY, and/or CBJ.
