Aside from busting Donndiego's balls (figuratively)…about being a WK...I think the provider should be the one outing, not a hobbyist. (which they are per the reply above). I agree, it needs to be done (and outing a screenname on eccie for short changing a session should not be against the new rules...just don't put amounts). To me, this is like posting a negative review on a restaurant because you heard the table next to you say their food wasn't good when your food and service was great. However, information exchange is the primary concept of this website.
