Important - All Please Read. The future of our community
Good morning everyone!
In light of FOSTA/SESTA (if you don't recognize this acronym, please google first then read below) passing the Senate, I'm going to be proactive and kindly request all of my past and possibly future friends and lovers to email me so that we may keep in contact should certain pages become unavailable to us in the near future.
Please email me at lovelyevelyn@protonmail.com (I highly suggest getting an encrypted email server as well).
Include your Eccie handle and if we have met or not. Then PM me so I can cross reference and make sure it matches and no one is trying to pretend to get in.
Ladies, feel free to drop your info below as well so the guys have access to you too. And also so that we can still communicate between each other if needed.
Stay safe and many blessings. <3

Yes, the U.S. Senate appears about to modify the section of the CDA (Communications Decency Act - 230) to expressly carve out websites that facilitate sex trafficking from section 230's immunity, which would then allow prosecutors to target websites that "facilitate sex trafficking."
Of course, prosecution doesn't necessarily mean criminal convictions, but the mere threat of prosecution is liable to cause changes in the websites, and, even more so, actual prosecution causes potentially huge defendant legal expenses.
All that said, whatever happens in Congress (and the House of Reps has a similar bill pending as well) and whether the bill(s) are signed into law means future legal processes in the Federal courts must also come to bear on websites.
Websites, by the way, which are not hosted in the U.S. can obviously still be targets of prosecutors, assuming that the corporate entities are U.S. based. A website owned and hosted offshore might still be targeted, assuming that the host country accepts and cooperates in the prosecution.
BackPage.com appears to be the main target of the congressional efforts, plus many of the other websites (including dating websites) that appear to be facilitating underage and sex trafficking operations.
Just curious, I am, how many FaceBook accounts support providers? I only know of a couple dozen personally, and only because those providers have sent me links. I don't search FB for hookups, but extrapolating from the dozens I know about there must be hundreds more if not thousands.
Reality check:
imo, no matter what the legal efforts might entail, the "web" is so broad and pervasive that legal efforts will be largely unsuccessful and most often trying to catch up to new technology such as twitter, snapchat tinder, etc. increasingly channel "sex" hookups on a commercial basis.
The OP's thoughts are valued here, and my caution to all involved in the Hobby is that the true value in communications suggests that multiple backups are necessary in order to keep communications channels alive and well.

My email will soon be one of the only ways to contact me because of these changes in law. Should Eccie/P411/Twitter etc go offline and become inaccessible to us, I would very much like to keep in contact with my valued friends. This way is the most effective to do so.
Please don't get left out. Make sure you can reach us ladies in the event of an Internet blackout. It could happen.

Evelyn, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I was clueless on this until I saw your post.
CK, appreciate your commentary as well.
Here's an excellent critique of these bills. I wholeheartedly agree with critics, who state that legislators are conflating consensual sex with trafficking; and, as adult performer Lorelei Lee argues, with the passage of this bill, sex workers will die, being deprived of the resources on which they rely to stay safe:

Does anyone here think the feds can shut down the Internet?
The "dark web" is out there and it actually isn't very dark for those who know how to find and use it.
Sure, feds can legislate and prosecute those U.S. based and hosted sites, but offshore looks to be an entirely different story yet to be told, imo.
The many centuries of attempts to shutter the "world's oldest profession" have only proven the
Power of P4P

You're giving the average user WAYY too much credit. They'll never reach the 'Dark Side', ever.
Anyone else reading this, this could very well be the end of ECCIE as we know it.

Ck, I love you dearly but you're on the wrong side of the playing field. We (PROVIDERS) are already seeing the effect of these bills passing the Senate. One of our verification sites which is hosted in Singapore is shutting down by the end of the week. Even if hosted in other countries, they can still face legal issues with our government. A good example of this would be USI-Tech's ponzi scheme that caused the company to no longer offer its "products" to US residents although based in another country.
Not all of us are savvy in finding the "dark web" and the concern there for us providers is still safety. Being able to screen and verify. It's safety first before fun and $.
All that being said, I'm requesting anyone who wants to see me eventually, even if not soon, to send me prescreening information now. Thru my break, I'll still be on here, making my own changes, giving vouches and all that.
Please email me at lovelyevelyn@protonmail.com and follow up with a PM here to verify identify at the least please!
I'm praying for the best while prepping for the worst. Much love

[side note] Smart women are a HUGE turn on.
I see BP falling very soon, followed by ECCIE and then all the clones. Even though The Big E is hosted in the Netherlands, I don't think it'll matter much.

Well, if the doomsayers have their way I better plan my retirement party.
ALL mark your calendars:
April 1, 2041 is nigh!
Redheads get front row couches and hot tubs!

otoh, the First Amendment (per my legal counsel) remains intact no matter what Congress does to Section 230.
"Father Peter" and the Cardinal of Carnal Knowledge are working almost "religiously" so to speak to protect the "flock."
Members of the Congregation will always be able to commune and communicate.
Our assemblies may be tame but the fellowship is very friendly and our worship is always meaningful.

Ummmm... hate to break the news to ya, but all of us are already
Dark Siders hereabouts. Not a big deal at all to reach further into the web portion. But not necessary at this moment imo.

Oh yeah, BP is first to go for sure! I suspect Eccie shortly after, just based on the review portion. I'll be updating all my info to a "dating" type profile instead and already switching up how I'm operating.
I have 11 more playing days before my break. I guess we'll see what a full month away brings in terms of changes. I may go UTR or flat out retire. I'm on the fence at the moment.
