Nothing fake about it.....it is all over the news. The DOJ has asked them not to release until they can look at it, that is a fact.

Nobody said the DOJ had authority over Congress or the President in this matter. Anybody can read what the process involves for them to be able to release the memo. Do you know who wrote the memo?
