lol for some odd reason he always defends and takes up for cops. I find that very odd. A cop could be a pedophile and LL would defend and agree with them to the end. LL is a half baked nut job.

Wouldn't it be ironic if in a couple of months, when this poor Truck Driver was trying to get some compensation for this terrible incident, that everybody said,......."we have no proof that you weren't inebriated and partially to blame for your predicament. Show us the blood samples to the contrary".

Here is a thought: Why was the cop so frantic to get a blood sample from the trucker that he would act so zealous? Also, why was the cop's superior, the lieutenant mentioned in the WP article, so adamant about getting the blood sample when he knew he could not get a warrant, because there was no PC? The trucker was, by this account, an innocent victim; he was driving down the highway and got rammed by a pickup truck that was speeding away from a police chase. I understand that the police force may have some contributory liability for the accident because it was a police chase and, maybe they were trying to frantically cover ass if, by chance, the trucker had had a drink or some Adderall before he got behind the wheel.
Stay tuned.

Yea blame the nurse who called her boss who knew the law and told her she could not give to to LE she then told the officer no. Yea that is the nurses fault.

yes, lots of blame to go around. she did not check the charts which resulted a "no" answer which led to a number of responses by both parties, the nurse & the officer.

Even if the blood was already drawn BY THE hospital, THAT's their legal requirements to check for what blood type and other medical issues He may have, so they can properly treat him.. NOT for any sort of police thing.

Once the officer was told the law and why they were not doing as he asked, he should have backed off, called his supervisor and proceeded from there.
Not very smart of his dumbass to arrest a nurse who was legally doing as she was told by her supervisor.
I was joking about it being the nurses fault...

The cop was a out of control prick. Imo his actions caught on film show that he does not have the right attitude to be a police officer or in a position of authority. The officer and his boss that told him to arrest the nurse should be fired, sued and blocked from working in law enforcement.

No worries we can and should all agree on this. It's an unlawful request. The nurse had a right to protect her patient from those idiots.

It's more i have a major chip on my shoulder for officers of the law who ABUSE the law/their position..
To me when a normal joe schmoe breaks the law, they are just a 'one time loser'.
BUT WHEN A COP (or politician) breaks the law, not only have they committed a crime, but they've also BROKEN their oath to UPHOLD the law, so are TWO time losers..

I would like to see the post in this thread in which I am "defending the cop's" actions ... but your failure to produce such a post would merely deepen your lack of credibility, so I would hate to see you make a bigger fool of yourself than you usually do.

So you think "133 S.Ct. 1552 (2013)" is a "Lexis" cite format?
Are you now in the business of pretending to "out" people?
Right now you're the only one I know on here who uses "others' account numbers"!
