Communism & Fascism were chasing the same group of people for power & influence. both groups were perceived as leftist prior to WWII. you are right that both groups had little in common with respect to private property rights.

as with regard to Il duce, he was undoubtedly right wing in the he ran the govt. Mussolini is not the topic here, he ran a different style of govt. than Hitler did even though it had a fascist component.

the nazis (national socialist workers party) passed alot of socialist laws during their tenure and was slowly trending rightward before the war.

-Tartars from the Crimea forcibly relocated to siberia
-millions of jews & christians persecuted/sent to siberia
-showed favoritism to muslims which apparently ended under Stalin in the later years.

A Federal judge agreed this was a first amendment issue that why he had the permit re-issued. BTW, I've read that the Antifa and another group also had permits. That's one of the reasons why the judge ruled the way he did.
