From the exact text you quoted from Judicial Watch, Little Hans.

Quote:
In the letter, Judicial Watch noted the public records obtained on the Election Assistance Commission's 2016 Election Administration Voting Survey and through verbal accounts from various county agencies show 11 California Counties have more registered voters than voting-age citizens: ... Los Angeles (112%)....

In the letter, Judicial Watch noted that Los Angeles County officials "informed us that the total number of registered voters now stands at a number that is whopping 144% of the total number of resident citizens of voting age."
Their "meticulous investigative researches" of "the public records" put Los Angeles County at "112%." But after conversing with some so-called "Los Angeles County officials," their number now is a "whopping 144%." That revision in fact shows the "exhaustive researches" conducted by Judicial Watch are mere worthless piece of shit. I call BS. Now let's find out if you have nuts to stand by either number, Little Hans.

Jim
Since the US already has a low amount of voter participation, are we not already close to that mark??

No, Andy the Little Nazi Boy, you're the dim-retarded jackass that voted for hildebeest; so, it's evident that you're the worthless piece of shit.

That number doesn't mean shit since it's not cited by Judicial Watch, Little Hans.

It requires a little math to derive 144% of the number of eligible registered voters listed on the census in Los Angeles County, Little Andy the Nazi Boy, but now that you've admitted you can't handle a little arithmetic, why don't you run along and play on busy freeway on a dark night, Andy the Little Nazi Boy.

instead of calling him andy the little nazi boy, wouldn't it be better to call him andy the little nazi wanker?

It has to do with Andy the Little Nazi Boy's choice of avatars on a board that's not supposed to show certain prohibited images due to the age of the individuals depicted. This topic was thoroughly discussed in this thread:

Good question!

Why does Andy the Little Nazi Boy have an avatar of a ch!ld-soldier who would be carded at any semi-legitimate titty bar in this country?

From the image, it appears this und3r@g3 warrior is wearing a M42 Blurred Edge smock; hence, the war was in at least its third year: 1942, maybe later, when the Waffen SS was dipping into Germany's und3r@g3 pool to fill its ranks -- a fact documented in the annals of history.

So, why does Andy the Little Nazi Boy have an avatar of a ch!ld-soldier?

Technically when you register in a new state that you are now a resident of, THAT State's election commission is supposed to notify your former state of residence, to REMOVE YOU..
If they don't that's not on YOU..

IMO if I leave one state to another and register to vote in the 2nd state then I should notify the 1st state I moved and no longer will be voting there. If I do that and state #1 doesn't eliminate me from the rolls then that's not on me ... that's on state #1.
