Me either. I use term life to cover expected inheritance taxes. Other than that, it's generally a bad investment, too, though not nearly as bad as other life insurance products. Term life can be useful in providing for your heirs if you die unexpectedly and don't have significant holdings.

Those types are generally less attractive in person. Usually heavily made up on air. I have a two friends who work in network news in NYC and D.C. Seen lots of these types including a bunch of the Faux News Bunnies, though I had no idea who the fuck the individual ones were. But told some were famous, etc. You generally see better looking women in bars and restaurants in NYC.

It is fun to watch the lefties going crazy over the election loss. Chairman Sanders got conned by the witch HilLIARy and the the whores at DNC. Your anger is directed at the wrong target.
Trump is the outcome of you leftist crazies supporting a corrupt phony pathological liar bitch. If you SOBs had a half way decent candidate, Trump wouldn't have had any chance.
I think Obama is behind the DNC server hacking because he truly hated HilLIARy. He was forced to make her Secretary of State, for which he took revenge this time. The hatred displayed by her supporters at that time was tremendous. What percent of black people voted for HilLIARy this time? They remembered the racism came out of her camp in 2008.
CNN, MSNBC and Fox News are evil triplets. MSM manufactures and sells lies to the gullible. Grow up and stop taking political sides.

I don't think Obama is Hillary's biggest fan, but how was her "forced" to choose her for SOS? and why would he be behind the hacking? surely he didn't want to deliver a win for the Republicans? it's a tarnish on his, "cough", legacy to have Trump succeed him as President.

I dont sell insurance, heck I am terrible at selling anything to anyone, which is why I buy providers time.
We're talking cross purposes here: I'm talking about protecting investments, you're talking about expected return in comparison with other investment vehicles. it isn't a great vehicle for investment, anyone can see that. but the fact that it's returns aren't correlated with other asset classes and the tax shelter it provides if used properly are couple of things I like. I have a substantial cash value built up and the tax benefits are nice when I borrow from it to buy income producing assets. another overlooked factor is that we're in low tax regime right now that may not last forever. wholelife offers some protection against that, especially when it comes to estate and things like that.

Funny. You can write that collection of words, insert "anywhere", and most will recognize immediately whom you are referring.

He is right, you know. Whole life insurance is a cash/bond alternative that comes out tax-free, creditor protected and has liquidity along the way (if structured correctly). UL does the same but grows as the market would dictate. All that matters in WL insurance is which provider pays the highest dividend... aka more cash in your wallet, and the financial strength rating. There's really only 3 companies to buy from (the Mutual's) if you're truly looking for a good product.
Most shit on WL because they can't afford it and it isn't being positioned to them as an asset, but solely as insurance. I used my cash value to take out a loan against myself and liquidate during 2008 to purchase two multi family housing units and renovate. Held them until 2010 and used proceeds to pay back my policy.
Cash is king. Tax-free cash is even more of a King. When the market is down and all you have are market-correlated assets and you're reaching into your bucket of "assets", you'll wish you had dividend paying safe cash at a modest growth rate (some perform 7% net of tax) to cover your ass until the market corrects.
Finance 101: Don't touch money when it's down.

Beantown,
I remember in college finance class teach would always say the same thing. "Cash is King".
More true than truth itself.
- Something else that should ring true: There's no such thing as a free lunch.
I pay cash for everything I possibly can. Sets me back for a little while, but... I own it. I don't have interest rates to pay. Glad to see there are others that think alike.
