Trump is hardly an idiot...he alone made the Democratic Party a regional party. To never have been in office of any kind and become the President of The United States is no small feat...and he takes no shit from anybody. Nothing I can write will dissuade your opinion of the man, but be it known he has been able to do what virtually no one has in the past. History will show him to be the Andrew Jackson of modern times. His biggest asset is that he is habitually underestimated...so keep right on calling him an idiot. It's worked pretty well so far.

Trump and JWP making it as far as they have is more a testament to the dominant emotional proclivities of their voters. That is what actually works in Trump's favor. He is, demonstrably, not very smart.

Trump has the press distracted with his tweets, they're chasing a laser probe like a cat; totally reactionary, just where he wants them and then dominating the conversation...while getting things done. Most of the things he's doing are not even reported on the major networks....they're to busy chasing red dots, as are you.
