Who says that the intelligence community isn't/hasn't determined what the Russians were/are doing? Just because it isn't in the papers(ala Obama, and the Hillarites), doesn't mean that nothing is happening.

After the early leaks out of the intelligence community, I'd suspect that the internal retribution for further leaks is dracononian, and not set by Trumps wishes. They were an utter embarassment to that community.
