IMHO the older providers give a lot better service. They tend to enjoy what they do and that makes my experience much better. I also think that our ladies are not hurting at all in the looks department. They keep lead in my little pencil.

Know the feeling. Gotta find you a newb friendly provider and go from there. Most require more than just one reference also. I have to be patient due to no time to explore and get a few references. Work and family keep me wrapped during the summer and my obsession to ride my bike as much as possible. Oh well at least when I drop by here I can build my to do list lol.

Sometimes you have to see a girl you don't want to just to get verified. Some of the ladies had to run specials or see people they didn't want to just to get verified when they started. I've only been in the hobby since Sept I don't feel comfortable seeing someone who can't be vouched for by another active eccie member. I prefer more than one ref but will take one. Good luck and I hope you find all you are looking for in the Hobby
