Candles and music!!!

So I absolutely love staying in a hotel room lighting a few candles and playing some music in the background. Something the way people look in the light of candles just attractive. The flames flicking around...... I can not begin to describe how much I love it however time for a few questions that you hobbyists can answer. I myself am a big fan on pop music. Play it in the background however I think I should have more of a variety. Any music genres that you gentlemen like.... any favorite songs you like to listen to while having a little fun. Is the candles and music something you gentlemen even like......

Hell yes. Several candles. My going away party after college a zillion years ago was an old Victorian house, 4 stories tall. No lights, several candles in each room, and the SO at the time helped set it up. Bunch of couples and an evenly matched # of guy/gal singles.
Yes music as well.
Didn't take long for couples to start disappearing.

Yes candles are amazing always have at least 3 burning when I am in a hotel. Love it. Smells amazing and the lighting is perfect haha. What's your favorite type of music??

Love me some candles. Especially in an evening rendezvous, makes the mood. Straight GOT there.

Pandora/Spotify is perfect. Can put on and great mix, without much work. Especially me being a music snob, I could spend weeks making a perfect playlist. Had a provider once who would ask what Pandora station you wanted for the session, nice touch.

Thank you for your input. Pandora may not be a bad idea. I am still old school like to download me some music haha. Even though I have my iPod for in the house... hotel if I am traveling... still like to burn some cds and play them in the car!! LMAO!! ����������

I usually just go to YouTube playlists. I know Pandora or Spotify are more reliable, but there are lots of good playlists on YouTube, too. I'm a big fan of Latin Jazz, especially with lots of guitar. This playlist has some great compilation videos that are especially nice because they last about an hour. Perfect for setting the mood and ending right on time.

My pref is light rock geared to stuff that gets couples fired up.
The Pandora suggestion is valid, yes different types of mix avail.
One of my friends has several mixes that comes off a handheld that plugs into whatever has speakers. Nowadays you can even load a custom mix on a flash drive.
Perhaps consider mixes that run an hr, 90, 2 hr, etc.
Last, Questor has an excellent idea if you have appropriate equip to plug into a large TV.

Thank you for your input!!jazz is good as well I have not listened to it in awhile though haha. Yes all the music added up on my iPod lasts quite awhile haha. I don't think that is an issue. But then again mostly pop some country..... I'll make a jazz playlist

Light rock hmmm interesting.... I like rock as well. I'll download some of that as well Thank you for your input. I just have an ihome. That way I can plug in my iPod have it charging while playing music that way I know the music isn't going to shut off due to lack of battery in either the speaker or whatever your playing off of it. I always set a table up with "themed items'....Halloween I put a HAlloween themed table cover with candles & Halloween themed knick knacs.............spring I have cute lil bunnies or birds with candles set on a springy themed cloth.............at christmas I put out christmas decor w string lights behind the headboard........sometimes I bring some of my skull knic knacks from home...........AND I alwayus carry my disco type lights for a cool light show above the bed!

as for music,it depends on my mood..usually classic rock with some ACDC

atmosphere is very important!

I suggest that if you choose Pandora, pop for the little extra subscription that doesn't have the commercials. They can be a bit annoying/distracting if the commercials occur at the wrong times!

If you are still doing massage options, they have some candles out that are actually a good option for that as well. They are a low melting temp wax/oil, so not too hot for play.

The ones I have found are also edible and have a decent taste to them surprisingly. I just wouldn't recommend them in large quantities...LOL Yes they taste like desserts.

Glad to see you finding you nitch. You are a doll! I have recommended you to the younger crowd that is outside my comfort zone.
