America is a country that consists of European Immigrants. They came to America from European Countries to seek a better life through employment and to exercise their talents. They traveled by boat which took several weeks. Their first stop was Ellis Island where immigrants were given a medical exam, they were given meals and a chance to wash their cloths and take care of their personal needs. Before they entered New York the legal immigration process was already underway. What we have now are immigrants coming here for refuge from terrorist ravaged countries without any documentation. They are refugees they are not the same as immigrants from yesteryear.

You must didn't pass History Jim- are you saying no immigrants came to the United States to escape persecution and/or religious freedom? Do you not remember when Immigrants came to the United states to avoid World War 1 and Nazi persecution or did you have your finger up your ass and flunked elementary grade history?

That is such a fun quote but what does it mean exactly? "We are a nation of immigrants". I was born in this country, my father and mother were both born in this country, my four grandparents were all born in this country, my eight ggrand parents were born in this country. In fact, my mother's side goes back to 1775 and my father's side to 1780. We are not immigrants. By the way, many of the immigrants who did come to call the US home came here legally and within the rules. Don't do that and you're more of an invader than an immigrant. What about those who had a chance in 1986 to become US citizens and pissed it away. Are they immigrants? Not by any definition that I've seen. Those people can be detained to verify the authenticity of the VISAS they hold giving them authorization to come to this country and the "probable cause" to do so has to do with the origin of their travel and their nationality along with the common knowledge that visa and passports are being printed and forged in the Middle East ... and then sold.

Being "detained" for an investigation is NOT being "deported"!

The remainder of the EO remains intact and enforceable. In fact it is working OVERSEAS! If a VISA is not issued it will be in violation of the EO and NOT VALID.
