Yeah. I also think depending on your boundaries, demeanor, general business reputation and conduct that this pestering will plague some women more than others. Thankfully, it's not something I've dealt with very often, and definitely not as much now. I can pretty much guarantee the times it usually will happen are times when I'm slightly lenient on the type of client I will see. Then the lesson is learned again. It happens, but that's also one of the things a price raise helps squash.
