Half for Republican likely immigrants, and half for Democrat likely immigrants.

Government shouldn't spend a dime registering people to vote. Except to provide free photo IDs to citizens, so they can prove they are eligible to vote. There are plenty of groups out there who help people register to vote. Government doing it is unconstitutional and a waste of money we don't have.
