See your pm's
Why is it a standard practice to tell someone to see their pm's? If they signed up correctly they will receive an email, as well as be notified that they have a pending PM from someone. I mean there is this little red box in the upper right corner that lights up when someone has pm's. If he/she chooses to ignore it and has made a mistake, well that's on them. When a mod tells someone to check their pm's it's like they are telling eveyone that so and so messed up and we are telling everyone about it, but not telling you what it is.
I say fuck that, how about post what they fucked up on so maybe some other knucklehead will learn from someone's mistakes. Hell, I have read reviews that got everything that is asked for only to see a comment, check your pm's.
Tell is what you are looking for, come on, unless it is some grave ass thing they did wrong, start posting the fuckups and tell everyone what's up!!

again, why post see your pm's? that is calling them out anyway, so instead of doing that, call them out, or don't post the PM comment

I'll guess I'll keep holding my breath for that one to happen as well. Same as that GOBC meeting I have heard so much about. Still no invite to that, maybe it's lost in cyber space with the check your PM, pm's?

Chalk it up to educating others. When a Mod posts, "See your PMs" its a clue that someone screwed up something and hopefully people will learn.

Nobkidding lakeshore, however 99% of the time they post see your pm's with nothing else to say what someone did wrong. Sometimes the edit out stuff in a review or thread but most of the time there is nothing to say what they did wrong.
