Is this possible?
During the day my internet (only on my computer) runs noticeably slower than at night.
I am assuming that this is because I am downtown and 10's of thousands of people are working in the buildings around me and once these people have left their offices at night, it "frees up the internet".
Is this correct?
It is really annoying. The part I don't understand is that I use Verizon for my phone, tablet and internet and I don't have this problem with my phone or tablet. Only my PC.

I have no clue what either of y'all are talking about, but I still love you both.

Comcast and AT&T are the popular internet providers. Comcast is more expensive, has shitty customer service, but has faster internet than AT&T. Go with one of their internet-only plans. Much better than Verizon.

Agree with everything amigo said. I have Verizon for my phone and Comcast for Internet. Comcast's product is good, their pricing is ridiculous and their customer service sucks.

Comcast and when I actually need service it has been excellent. Much better than in the past. But, I thinck I am on their "special" list for reasons I do not care to share.

I think I may just have to add another bill to my monthly rotation and get internet with Comcast, my cable is with them, but basically my cable is free since it is paid for buy my building.
I actually have called Comcast a few times but then I am always so put off by .... "the next available date we have for installation is ___" and that fucking date is always like 3 weeks away.
But this Verizon during the day is not cutting it, but like right now, it's lightening fast.
