July 16th Smelly Flower AKA Kat VonDee outs herself and Smelly Flower is banned, a few hours pass a new account Mia_Khalifa207 appears in the thread.

By itself this is not that remarkable unless you are familiar with the name Khalifa.

Khalifa: " a name or title which means successor"

Just a coincidence I'm sure. Kat wouldn't create a new account in the same thread.
