You have a point but, just because people RTM a post doesn't mean points should automatically be issued.

whew thank god for Rhonda Redundant....she settled the whole thing.....not. blindly trusting a mods judgment doesn't work, im guessing you don't work much yourself....

You are not a legitimate contributor to any discussion on this discussion board, that I've noticed. a lesson in which multiple times, I have learned the hard way. So yes, if certain individuals do not want you here, they will make it a priority to run you off, one way or another. One of the glaring ways is by the hijacking of threads you post on to do their personal shots and bullying posts and then, in my case and I bet in others, the behind the scenes actions of mods who give points to you when you try defend yourself. That is found in these types of threads and the posts in them, http://eccie.net/showpost.php?p=1058...&postcount=291 (spot on TinMan). So, since I have been away, one provider whom I have felt she was wise and one of the outspoken ladies here, and have spoken to at length and she made a great suggestion of how to reply to threads, which I will heed her advice.
As far as why a person is banned, well that is suppose to be no one's business, but because of the nature of this site, I am pretty sure the mod private discussions/actions flow freely to certain members who have that pocket mod or two.
You can guess and speculate a mod's decision if you so desire and if that is what you want to do, but in the grand scheme of things, who cares? It is over and done with and there is nothing that can be done about it to make a change. Things will NEVER change around here. If you really want to know about why a mod does something and do not want the same points/ban scenario to happen to you, PM a mod and MAYBE he will be kind enough to share with you.

I'm not big on the RTM button. For a very brief time (like one month three years ago) I was but I rarely RTM things unless it's a glaring violation like forbidden topics and minors. I only do it to help the staff find something that needs to be removed. I don't use it to try and get people banned. Get your facts straight.
Edit: I'm pretty sure those are the threads where the terms "RTM" and "THN" were used by someone or if I posted the term "RTM". Not sure how that can be translated to how many times I've hit the RTM button.

Well all I know is...the next time I don't get some....I'm going to blame a mod. And I hope they get a pay reduction. Cause I'm not a perfect person either :-(
