Sorry guys. I dont know what the EXACT reasons were. I only know what my experiences and challenges with FFireman were.

If there were other issues that resulted in him being removed as a MOD I'm not privvy to them.

Its no secret I knew he was dirty. But I cant state for certain that my issues led to his dismissal.

Same with Trees13. Many knew he was corrupt but we werent told specifics around his leaving. He was a great monger, but a bad MOD. Maybe FF will become a great Monger in the community.

I hope FF got severence pussy though...gonna be hard to get those protection fucks now.

However..

If they do, they will be removing an important resource that *this* hobbyist considers important in the decision to book providers and pay them money. Advertising doesn't really say much about a lady, and the potential for chemistry in session (or lack thereof). I fill in the blanks between hobbyist reviews and advertising by reading her public forum posts to get a more complete picture of her personality and interests. My best sessions have been with ladies that I could get to know for more than just her pictures, menu & rates. (Those are important too, though. )

You have seen plenty of ladies that do not post in the forums and know that your ability to make decisions can be served by ads, reviews and communication with guys and the ladies via PM

You've made your views on how the hobby (and this hobby board) should work on many occasions, Whispers. I respectfully disagree with many of them. I understand part of where you're coming from in your arguments, and can even figure out why you came to the conclusions you've presented but your "hobby style" isn't every guy's hobby style.

For every hobbyist who feels that his hobby experience would be better on a board run along your model, there are other contributing hobbyists who have been attracted to the board and the Hobby primarily because this board's current model provides a platform for mutual participation between men & women.

And what do you have to say about the vast majority that NEVER post or weigh in? I think it tends to suggest their needs are met with what is available so why change anything because a few guys want to make nice with the whores and have someone to talk to of the opposite sex?

Making Coed a bit more female-friendly would help more than it would harm, provided there's a public subforum somewhere where you can take off the gloves when necessary. That was the idea behind my suggestion for the introduction of a female mod presence to Coed forums.

I can't believe nobody has mentioned Jennslolli for the mod position. She has been well indowed with an abundance of common sense. Her quick wit could go far to help settle board disputes. At this time it does appear that she has no dog in any fights. For you bad boys, the sugar would help the medicine go down.

Actively watching every activity of the local Mods would probably create information overload for the numerically fewer Admins and site owners, but the limited capacity for active monitoring doesn't negate the fact that there's oversight for issues when alarms are raised about shady dealings.

While the first priority of the board's operations is to insure accountability for provider performance by reviews, feedback & hobbyist discussion, the board's current status and allowance of female participation in most public forums suggests that providers are in fact of concern.. just not to the degree that their desires negate the valid goal of provider accountability.

I admit I don't know what the lurkers really want. They haven't exactly spoken up, and most lurkers may remain lurkers despite strong personal opinions on how the hobby and this hobby board are run. You and I can only speculate on their motives. One motive for not having an active presence in the forums is due to the fact that this board is monitored, archived & recorded for posterity in areas outside the board owners' jurisdiction. What lurkers say when they unlurk can be used against them in a court of law.

That doesn't negate the lurker's ability and desire to contribute financially to the board by purchasing premium access if he feels a different model (more female participation or less) makes his hobbying experience better.

How exactly does it harm you or other hobbyists to have more equal male+female participation and influence in a limited area while retaining the right to take the gloves off on multiple subforums?

I'd vote for Britttany Love to be a mod. I know she's a legit provider and all around reasonable person plus she's online enough to get stuff done.

The idea of having mods that are part time providers in ANOTHER state and that don't tour sounds best. They would want to help keep providers safe and wouldn't have complications about competition from local girls etc. They wouldn't be trying to bully people or take an unnatural advantage, wouldn't be scouting welcome wagon for fresh meat etc.

I absolutely believe that...BY FAR the main reason for MOD corruption is shitting where they live. Loyalties develop over time & human nature is to protect your friends & your pussy.

The female moderators we do have oversee many of the ladies areas site-wide regardless of where they actually live and they do a fine job.

As far as I'm aware the site is not currently looking for more female moderators. If they were, it would be only to help out in the ladies areas not in the coed sections.

There have been boards in the past (ASPD among them) that were more centered around the ladies, this one is more centered around the men. It is what it is.
