Trump had a couple weeks now to stop being a buffoon and start to build a coalition that could have given him a puncher's chance. But it looks like he is more interested in being a PR loudmouth than actually seeing if he can be president. He is obliterating any chance he had to stop the tràitorous liar clinton. Makes one wonder if this was a grand deception from the beginning--Trump sent to destroy any chance that the Reps might have fielded a candidate who could possibly win.

As always, I'm not JL. I might add that I consider that to be close to a provocation and in violation of the spirit of our agreement.

It is important to demonstrate tolerance for all points of view in a pluralistic society. If a conservative white man can not aspire to be President, perhaps it will precipitate a violent uprising, which could lead to unfortunate results.

I'm not JL, and I have no bet with you. Your continued agitation on this topic makes me doubt your sincerity concerning our agreement to be civil - which I leave for the board to decide.

My doubt that conservative white men have a chance to be President is a sincerely held opinion, and I would bet other liberals not only agree with me, but are jubilant about it. Battleground states show Hillary and Trump even. The PPP poll of Virginia and Pennsylvania showed both in a statistical tie. The news is that Hillary has lost support in both states in the last two weeks.
