Very few infractions receive an immediate ban. Only the nuclear stuff like outing, underage sex, etc...

It seems odd that slow accumulation of what-might-soon-be-expiring-points gets you 90 days.
And Fancy can out a hobbyist/trick and get only 30.

I rarely check back after the initial question has been answered. People tend to try to play armchair mod without knowing the full story or they like to play gotcha games. Not you of course, you'd never do that...but I don't play along.

I'm not one to try to play trick games and you're not easily "gotcha'd"
.....
......like the others.
So makes sense to me....achieving 25 points with about-to-expire old ones gets 90. Fancy outing a Hobbyist gets 30.
