Since when is there a rule that says the provider HAS to respond to someone?? I've never heard that before. Maybe it's how you address someone and if you are unintentionally rude, arrogant, vulgar, dismissive, evasive, dishonest, etc., and the provider sees through it, it's not her fault you lost your chance. 3. It is not against the rules here to not respond. If you want membership at a site that requires response within a certain window, I suggest P411. We are expected to answer within a reasonable timeframe (but, reasonable there is still considered 3 days).

4. Your threads make you look a bit off balance, impatient, and clingy. Always good to keep in mind that nobody here owes you anything. Some are polite, some aren't. Some are fast, some are slow. Some have a lot of hoops to jump through, some don't.
