Best of luck. Be very careful and don't sign or agree to anything with out proper legal advice. But do act quickly. Once the tax certificate is sold you have little recourse other than to sue the original owner which at best will probably get you a judgement and/or make a deal with the new owner. Either way you can lose the property.

O ik.. everyone has been so helpful in giving advice and just overall concern and trying to keep me positive in a situation that's so hard to be that way..
I still pretty much know nothing anymore then I did, his lawyer who wrote up the contract wasn't very helpful to me at all so the lawyer I go to this week will most likely handle all contact from here on..
