What I am saying is that Houston's P411 has too many of those "straggled in",,,The safe bets on P411 are also using eccie,,,If the whore can't answer her messages through a review site like eccie, then she is scratched off from the list.

Buy a NON USPS money order with cash and mail it to Canada. The specifics are clearly spelled out on the 411 site. This is how I recently renewed and all went well.

It's money well spent, I've never once had to bother with references and all the drama and hassle associated with that scene.
