Default Where NOT to stay in KC?

Hey KC!

I'm planning a visit for summer break and was just wondering where you ladies and gentlemen would avoid in KC?

I think that's mostly what I've heard so far. I'll have to start giving The Plaza and Wesport a closer look.
Well, I've heard Kansas City has a pretty legit library so at least I'll have some books. That's reason enough to visit for a few days, at least!

The Kansas side isn't any less safe, but some people are convinced that it is. Unfortunately, that means they may be less likely to make an appointment if you are in Lenexa, Overland Park, Shawnee Mission, Olathe, or other Kansas suburbs.

Avoid anything with extended stay in the name, and obviously Holiday Inns.

Good to know. I'll have to explore the Kansas side in my own time, then.

If it's the library you are interested in, you'll want to be downtown. Also a good location although parking can get pricey.

There's a large library on the plaza too.

With a Chipotle's accross the drive.
And of course, Plaza shopping, restaurants, etc. 3 blocks away.

At the "Classic Cup" on the Plaza, on their patio.
Opens 7am every morn (except Sun-10am).
And the bar is open for breakfast.

I like to walk a lot so having my car parked for most if not all of my stay could be bad. Thanks for the heads up. I'll have to take a day trip to downtown.

Good to know! I should get a map of the KC libraries. Hopefully I'll be too busy to visit them all but I'd like to at least check out the big ones.

I'm not super into shopping but books and food sounds amazing. Do they have any good BBQ places?

Default Don't call attention to yourself in Johnson County; you will be arrested.

The Kansas side is very unsafe for a provider, it she is obvious about what she is doing to anyone: such as, the police, the next room renter and the hotel staff. The police are called to report a lady more often in Kansas. While in Missouri, sometimes things are allowed to slip by.

Obvious things that expose the profession include inappropritate dress, language and exposed tattoos. In other words, don't call negative attention to yourself.

If all the appointments are done on line, things are safer.
