Coming from a mans point of view. We don't know when we are gonna be horny. I like seeing woman on a whim and spontaneous when I'm really in the mood and thinking of sex. Alright I get that. But you know when your preferred window is that day so it helps when you state it up front and have her pick the exact time if you have flexibility. It one less pm exchange needed. I'm not trying to say last minute "when is your next availability today for a hour meeting?" or "Can you be ready for me in an hour when I get off work for a hhr?" is bad at all. Those statements make the time wanted and length of appointment very clear.
