BS later. Minimize the damage as much as possible to those dragged into the outing

Like him or not, he outed no one. At worst, he stuck his foot out and others tripped on it. Maybe warrants a warning for being a dick, but not a year off. I'm sure he's been a thorn in the side of a few mods and this is how they removed it.

Either way he will still be easily in first place unless Celso has some health problems and is stuck in bed with a computer for most of the next year. Even then there are only so many cartoons and conspiracy theories out there. I think OSD's lead is safe.

Not a flip flop at all. I told a poster with only about 2300 post that I didn't pay enough attention to him or the drama to form an opinion of him. You don't think with your 10 thousand post that anyone can get on here and not know exactly who you are how you feel about everything, do you?

But this thread with you does make me rethink my opinion that you can't catch OSD. When people have to have post inducing exchanges just to explain obvious things to you, then maybe I shouldn't count you out.

I agree. From what OSD posted most of us probably had no idea who the outed parties were. The actual outing didn't occur until Tigerjedi posted a link to the article. Seems certain people wanted OSD out of here and used the actions of another member to do it. The actual "outing" was by Tigerjedi. What OSD posted didn't deserve a one year ban.

Remember, all of this, what you think you know, is only PART of the whole story. You read some posts from someone who claims to know the whole deal and why he was banned for a year, or you talked to OSD and he gave you a Sob story as usual... in the end, you have no idea what led to the ban, and you are not owed an explanation. thats the way it has always been, and will always be. Stop thinking that you all know something you dont. Now i am not claiming to know anything, but i have been here long enough to see how this board works.
