Looking for House to Rent in Little Rock area

Hi, my name is Nevaeh and I have been living in Albuquerque for the last year, but I am from Scottsdale, AZ. In need of renting an apt, condo or house anytime before April, the sooner the better. I have great references from my current landlord in Albuquerque and from 2 in Scottsdale, AZ. I am very clean and will keep the property just as clean or cleaner than when I moved in. I dont have any pets, just me and my 3 month old daughter. The problem is trying to get approved from a management company with no proof of income.

Please let me know if you can help me with this. Open to making any type of arrangements or just keeping it completely business.
