This^^ might have been why the provider requested a pre-payment. A show of good faith that she wouldn't get stood up again.
You also may have overreacted, emailing, texting and calling from two phones, then adding a third number as well. Posting this thread within 24hrs of the scheduled meet may have been a bit rushed also. She never had time to do your refund before the haters started trashing her.

Good luck getting it, if the guy still wants to see you, then you have the upper hand and can charge fee, but your still running a risk, since he already no called no show. I always say call and let the girl know, at the very least, just say I'm not coming and hang up the phone , at least u informed the girl.
