Would you hang up on your friend to answer a client that was calling dozens and dozens of times? For some I would but for one who has proven himself to be a time waster and had absolutely no reason to be calling other than to "talk" no I personally would not and obviously Azebella chose not to either.

I have never had one single tcb complaint so I believe my methods are working well. I do hope he answers what he was calling for that was so, so important.
