I am looking to rent a decent apartment or house in BCS that I live out of... Looking for a two bedroom two bathroom. I am open to partial barter of services, but understand that this would be my home, so I would expect the same respect due any other tenant. You couldn't just come over whenever you want, I would need a lease, and if you do want to do a barter arrangement, you would have to make an appointment like anyone else but I would see you at the house.
