I would not recommend a gent giving out private info.

I would recommend a provider audio recording the initial portion of her encounter and never agree to a fee for service.

Dorthy it is legal to audio record by either party or both actually during these type of encounters.

Video has been mentioned several times and there was a post prior to the first one I have quoted above .... with all due respect.

Dropping clothes over an audio recording device will not stop the audio recording, and when folks talk about that ... covering the device they are speaking (inferentially) about video .... "spy cams"?

The thread quoted by HH in the OP is about Papi and his voice recordings. All of the talk was about Papi and his voice recordings. it looks as if you are trying to help Dm prove her commnts.

And DM, earlier I quoted a page from your website which showed that you can record with one approval in Texas. Your website is for general situations, but the page I quoted was state specific. And private or not makes no difference in Texas.

To clarify ... although any recording without permission is wrong, regardless of the circumstances or purpose, I find video recording for legal and personal reasons exceptionally egregious.....and easier to prove up in a legal proceeding. Apparently, Congress at least agrees as to the egregious part.

You may personally think they are both morally wrong but audio recordings in the situations we are discussing are not illegal whereas video recording are.

That has been my focus...the legality of audio recording. I see nothing wrong with it , especially if you are not agreeing to something that a Vice officer is trying to get you to agree to. That is why i have said it wise to both record and not agree to any fee for service in that type of situation.
