Turn around time on a submitted review?

Hi there,

Can anyone answer: what's the turn around time for a review of a lady being submitted and being posted on her profile?
IE, review was submitted Tuesday, should be posted to her profile Wednesday.

I was told a review was submitted several days ago and I'm wondering, when it will be posted? and what reasonable time frame should I expect for future reviews?

Can take one day to several, depending upon how busy the review reviewers are kept with life, the universe, and everything. This is an active time of year; fall friskiness beings lots of reviews to sift though and assign. Wouldn't hurt just to drop a polite email to a mod with a link to the review in question and let him know that you would like it attached to your profile, please.

it varies depending on how many the MODs have to review and post. I had one that was approved and it posted to the provider almost a week after I received my approval confirmation. Have the writer send the MOD a PM to check the status.

She can see the status on the review page. If and who it is assigned to.

She can give it a week and then rtm it if it doesn't show up.

Y'all need some patience around here. ModTards don't get paid and they are flakey at best. Expect less.

Edit: having the review be processed for PA is separate from assigning the review to a lady.

Generally speaking we aim for a 24-48hr turnaround and usually achieve it depending upon moderator availability and number of reviews in the queue.

It can sometimes take a bit longer to attach reviews to a provider profile than it does to grant or reject PA credit. They're separate queues and to be honest the interface for the provider portion is not as mobile friendly so we have to wait until we're at a desktop or struggle through.

If you don't hear anything in 3-4 days or so after a review please feel free to give us a reminder PM because either the queue is exceptionally long or occasionally they do get assigned to the wrong provider

Is attaching it to the provider profile always a manual process? Because some of them seem to get linked right away when the reviewer puts the provider's Eccie link in the URL field. Or does that just make it easier?

Ok....that review is not assigned yet and probably they missed. It has been 10 days.

If you look at the very bottom of a review in the full site (eccie.net not m.eccie), just above

"< ---- previous | next ----->"

You should see a box headered "See Provider Showcase"

In that box is the link to the provider that the review is assigned to....which could be none or a wrong one.

Go look at others older and more recent and you will see.

Try to rtm the review. If you tell me you cant, i will.
