Mr. P -- not to be a Philadelphia lawyer here (do they use that phrase in Texas?), a contract requires the agreement of the parties on essential terms, even (especially) if they are not in writing.

Since, effective with the first exchange of text messages indicating a difference of views vis a vis the price, no contract existed, I had no obligation to complete the contract.

To have proceeded, knowing there was an explicit disagreement on critical terms, and then fail to pay the provider's asking price would be "larceny by trick".

A gentleman would not do that.

He would acknowledge the dissolution of the contractual agreement and either:

Accept the provider's counteroffer, or
Withdraw, and offer to cover the provider's incidental damages.

I believe I took Door #2.

Ladies & Gentlemen,

First and foremost, to each his own. At the end of each and every day, we have to live with ourselves and our actions. I personally would find it difficult to sleep if I had scheduled an appointment and had to cancel it within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. It does not allow the provider enough time to find a client to fill the time slot and they were counting on having the funds available.....

As such, it is my personal practice and policy to pay the donation amount if I cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. However, if I have to cancel and it is not within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, I simply contact the provider, apologize and reschedule with her. This policy has paid huge dividends - both tangible and intangible.

It is also simply conducting myself as a gentleman and not treating the providers like inanimate 3-hole pieces of flesh for my pleasure......simply respect the women and their feelings, pay their posted fee, conduct yourself as a gentleman and be kind and humorous. If you do that, you'll never have to worry about "being able to get an appointment" with someone. They'll cancel on the haggling asshole to see the gentleman. Promise.

Also, these ladies talk to / communicate with each other about us - if you don't think that each of us has not been discussed in infoshare in detail you are deluding yourself. I want my reputation to be a positive one so that if and when I contact a new provider for an appointment, I'll have stellar reviews and be someone they want to see instead of someone they have to endure.....

Just my personal $0.02 of an opinion. But please also understand that its also my own damn money and not yours, so I'll do with it as I please. Conduct yourselves as you deem fit and I'll do likewise.

I know this subject will probably get beat into the ground before it dies off. To this day I cannot figure out how awkward dealings, and just outright BS make any session enjoyable.
OP I know you are new and all but this is a P4P realm. You have to treat it that way at all times, no mater what, otherwise it is a civilian relationship not hobby related. I would have bailed at the first sign of trouble regardless of appointment. What the hell do we get when we sit outside an incall waiting as we are on time and as scheduled. The best we get is "sorry babe, I promis to make it up to you" where is my $200?

So you have a 4PM appointment with your favorite lady for an hour and around noon some guy hits her up for a 3 hours date at 3PM.

Does she keep the appointment with you or take advantage of the softie you come across as, count on being able to reschedule YOU and take the other date?

I don't even pretend that that has not happened to me. I accept that it has probably happened to me on occasion and I did not even know about it. But, in that situation the provider does not get my funds unless or until I reschedule, if I do...... But life happens and you gotta roll with it. If it happened twice, well then that provider goes into the "unreliable" column and does not get seen...... Her loss at that point, cause I'm a damn good client. Oh, and to clarify, I HAVE NEVER only scheduled for an hour. Two hours is my absolute minimum even for a FBSM provider.....

Things happen, life happens. She will get over it...

here are few excuses I have had over the years from Providers. You might try some of these...... (-;

1. After calling to confirm 30 min before session. As I am in the shower getting ready she calls me and says: " I am sorry to say but my Mother just landed at ABIA, I forgot I had to pick her up at 5:30pm. ( we had a 4:30 appt)

2. 5 minutes before session I called to head over. ( my job was close by). She says he kid is sick and has to cancel. ..

3. and as always the standard. My cell phone died. my car got a flat. etc.

4. Here is one of my favorites. I had a Sunday 10pm appt set. she calls me at 9:45pm says her parents just showed up unannounced at 9:45 on a Sunday night from Waco...

5. This is a sure fire way to cancel, I showed up at the hotel for our 1pm time. As I called her from the parking lot she says, "sorry I have to cancel I have poopy tummy.

It does not bother me if they have to cancel, I dont need a reason, just simply say. I need to cancel..

Does anybody else think that Nilla is really a provider with a Mandle? I don't read a lot of the threads much anymore but from what I have seen Nilla sure does write like an emotional woman with an agenda. Am I the only one who thinks so?

Nilla could be Whispers. I don't know any other guy who was as wordy as Whispers so...... Nilla, are you Whispers or are you Claire? I just have a hard time believing Whispers would pay for Claire, she's older than 19 and she's not a mousy stripper. So Nilla must be Claire!!!
