BTW..I AM NOT COOL WITH. ..
Here is my PERSONAL outlook
I don't & won't associate in any way shape or form with PIMPS!!!
Some of you like to justify or minimize it by calling it MANAGEMENT. .. sickening!!!
Therefore please DO NOT... contact me for references.
Find another option... the whole concept literally makes me ...straight up angry. Just because it can go hand in hand does not mean I want any contact with that type of derelict ism...

To me there is a big difference between being pimped and having management. And we are true freely using the terms to mean the same thing.
Reputable services are managed. They take the call, make arrangements for a standard fee (say $50), the gal sets her own prices and keeps all of it, less the fee. A pimp takes all the money and keeps his in line through intimidation and abuse.
Some ladies also are managed by the fact that they hire booking agents to handle their calls and make appointments and do screening.
There is a difference.

I will NOT give a reference to a lady that has a pimp.. They know who they are. I can't stand pimps. Weak hoes need pimps..Thats just my 2 cents that's all.

You're mostly describing an agency relationship. Which is different. And, if a gal has a booking assistant, but still calls the shots, that assistant is not management.
Thus, we are left with the word management being associated with the word pimp, and that's how most folks on this board define it.

There's not too much of a difference to me. When I worked at JPT 10 years ago I was handled. All girls not working for themselves are handled--Money is still being taken from them. A handler/manager/pimp does the screening, sets appointments, makes the decisions and makes money off the girls.
--These are solely my views. I feel no woman should ever sell her body for someone else.
Some of these idiot girls are mothers---shouldn't the kids be the ones making half of their money instead??...
