I would worry more about being at a hotel where you cant control the atmosphere in totality and they are always rolling through parking lots sporadically pulling over guys

it could be just a matter of other shit going on at that same hotel and you are in the wrong place at the wrong time

then at minimum if you get the wrong cop your getting stupid and fabricated signaling traffic tickets or some other buhl shit

Good point on the safety aspect for LE.

Another consideration is that outcalls usually do not create a nuisance that would raise the ire of neighbors or motel owners. Also, with out calls there's not a specific locale that is a hot bed of prostitution like NFB in Amherst.

Still, I prefer incalls.

You seem to be describing my place except for the waterfront. Other than the pool and hot tub, I'm not much of a water guy - except water sports, but that's another thread.
