Honestly, I initially had the same thought as nutz that this place was mostly for attached mongers and was a little surprised at the number of single men (say they're single anyway). But it's easy to understand the desire to set up a rendezvous with a beautiful lady who you know will deliver (and know what she'll deliver) for roughly the same price as drinks+dinner date trying to bag a civie babe who may or may not deliver... And cost a lot less in the drama department.

Guys don't forget the "Potential" element. That is a pretty huge factor. Yes hiring a pro will guarantee BCD but it will also guarantee that you will have meaningless sex, nut and be written off despite all of the "We really care" hobby marketing BS.

Meaningless sex is absolutely perfect for those of us looking for exactly that. I've certainly enjoyed it however date a civie and at least there is always the potential for something real and meaningful to develop that will pay off in the long run.

Either way you pay. RW dating comes with far more drama and remembering birthdays etc.. however it also offers so much more potential for a rewarding human connection even with all of the divorce statistics.

Of course you have to actually want that sort of potential payoff. Not everyone does. I'd rather be single, alone and perfectly happy than in an unhappy relationship but not all relationships are unhappy.

If the last thing you want is strings attached and someone to count on when the car breaks down on the highway or when a medical emergency arises then a pro is the way to go.
