Any advice for newbie. Having tuff time finding a provider. The provider profiles ( pictures) I like or caught my interests so far aren't comfortable with newbies like me.

Thanks guys, but I'm on forced vacation this week (kids' camp is closed), and real vacation next week - which means I'm not available until the 20th.
