There are providers of all shapes and sizes on the list, which I administer. Dorthy isn't and never has been on it because she isn't newbie-friendly. Not even a similar handle there that would cause confusion.
Some idiots just can't read, or are annoying her on purpose. (Not like that EVER happens, uh huh.  )
Yes, EVERYBODY on the list is newbie-friendly. All included providers have to be approved by me, and I check. Granted, some screen pretty heavily (by methods entirely up to them), but each lady must agree to work with new Hobbyists who have no references and give a reference afterwards if (and only IF) the session went well and the gentleman abided by her requirements.
If I find out different, they get booted, and yes, I have deleted a couple.
