Try Sage 400 Sushi in the Galleria if you want TMC and Ship workers. They are at the bar and corner booths daily. Likewise, Massraf get's a limited number as well. If you sit around long enough at all of the places Spice named, you can even see some of the pimps come in and mingle with their employees.

I was at Del Frisco's a few weekends ago and saw a known local pimp bring 5 from his stable in on a Sunday afternoon. Mo's used to look like Treasures afternoon shift just minus the managers.

Hotel Derek Bar, Westin Oaks and Westin Galleria, and even St. Regis will have a few resident call girls sitting at the bar. Just remember though, vice has busted girls at Tasting Room on a few occasions.

+1 to the advice above in this thread, lots of practical information here. FYI, play carefully at Hotel Derek, they had some stings there over the past couple of years. Keep in mind, some "protection" is afforded to actual guests of the hotels. Most hotels don't mind assisting law enforcement, but very few of the high end hotels will let a good customer / frequent guest get rolled up. A good concierge or bellhop can sometimes provide necessary information. Had a trusted concierge in New Orleans help a friend one night trying to bring a lady friend back to the room. Concierge threw her out and made arrangements for a replacement for my buddy. First lady friend had a reputation for drugging and rolling customers. Needless to say, saved my buddy a lot of trouble and earned the concierge a big tip.
