They shouldn't have to actively watch. But is it fair to them that they have to wade through the RTMs if multiple people report those threads?

Somehow those of us that have been here learned without the sticky. Whether we learned by trial and error, or we actually read the terms and rules of the site. How hard is it for those new ladies or pimps to read the TOS? Unless they failed Kindergarten or first grade, they should be able to read. Nobody should have to hold their hand and walk them through the rules that they should read upon joining the site. No matter where you would put a sticky, the ladies would somehow ignore it anyways if they didn't already read things.
