Fraudulent email accounts!

hello to all... I really don't want to bring more light to this but I'm pressured to... I will explain the reason why I got banned about a month or so ago and how it got reversed. My reason for getting banned was because "someone " created a fraudulent Gmail account with my name on it and decided to start sending other members/ providers threatening emails/outing emails pretending to be me. Just so yall know, I DO NOT and have never had a Gmail account... My email is Latinamoxie@hotmail.com. I want to warn yall of this because I don't want y'all to fall for it. My style is warm, sweet, laid back and yes, if you insult me I will throw you an insult back. Just because I'm tired of being harrased for absolutely no reason whatsoever...
So about 2 months ago, I start receiving very threatening emails from AS (BANNED), pretty much had my first and last name and my kids names!!! WTF?!
I of course, was pissed off beyond belief! I wanted to woop some ass! I have never met her... I don't know her and we have never crossed paths in any way, so I thought... Anyway, I decided that the best thing to do was to ignore it. Well, guess what?! The emails kept coming. It got to a point that I (BIG mistake) decided to reply to the last one. I was in no way as insulting as she was to me. I actually sent her blessings and told her that I had no hate for her or her friend (xoxo) because I didn't know them. Then, out of nowhere, I got banned for outing...? I ask and poke and ask and try to explain to everyone that I had done nothing wrong. Anyway, the mods looked into the email and realized it really wasn't me. They lift my ban! (-: Besides the fact that they had blackmailed me in October of last year! So last year I received 2 text messages with my first and last name. Threatening to go to my mothers house or my kids school. Oh! And also mentioning my dad (RIP) ! Yes, you read right!
Absolutely disgusted me because I thought, look your problems are with me (why?) not my family... I ignored it,took the precautionary measures and moved on... Well, this year, they decided to start their childish games again. Guess they got mad because I completely ignored them...
I'm sorry but I'm a 30 year old grown woman. I'm not going to play these childish games. I decided to write this alert pretty much to warn EVERYONE that "someone " is sending out emails pretending to be me. If ANYONE HAS RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM AN ACCOUNT BESIDES HOTMAIL, please report it immediately! It's not me and please don't fall for it! Do not reply either. You never know how crazy ppl may be and what they may obtain from your email.
I'm sorry to those of you that have received an email "from me", please REPORT IT!
Thie hobby is a very fun thing for me, but when you have ppl trying to bring my reputation to the depths that they have, it's made it quite weary for me. Thank you for taking time out of your life to read this alert and stay safe!

Wowza, sorry this happened, LM, but I'm going to play devil's advocate for a moment...

You say you never met the banned lady, so how do you know that someone else wasn't using a fraudulent email address they created with her name to stir the crock of stinky? How did this person find out your family info if she/he/they didn't know you? What would be the motive if there wasn't something personal involved?

Anyway, thanks for the alert. It is important for ECCIE members to realize that this can happen, and to not just see a name on a note and assume it's the word of truth. Question, and always check sources.

I'm certain of this because I have not made enemies with anyone on this site. No one, besides mods, knew about these emails that came from her AS email address. And the answer is a no. I don't know why they have decided to play these cheap games but they have. I know it's her because she was the one who sent me my first and last name and my kids names. I believe that my FB account had a lot to do with them finding out some of my personal information. I've never given them a motive to do this. I have proof of everything I'm saying on here and don't just blow smoke out of my ass. And of course WS has a lot to do with this.
To be more clear, I don't have any enemies in my RW nor in the hobby world. Besides these threats from these lowlife ppl...

We deal with these types of things waaay too often. Particularly lately.

How exactly does ANYONE come to have this information? One, that you even have kids, and two what their names are?
How would someone know what school?
Why would you give up your real name to anyone here, for any reason?
How would anyone know anything about a parent?

Too many people play way too fast and loose with their information in this little world of ours all the time. Obviously YOU shared that information with someone, somewhere along the line, and it was then used against you. Stop that shit all of you! Is discretion and anonymity something that is just "old-fashioned" these days?

Look, I can promise you that I haven't. As far as anyone knew I only had 1 kid. That's my life. My precious life that I don't share with ppl I only know for an hour. I'm not that dumb. I've been in this game long enough to know how ppl are. I don't go around telling guys my relationship, family nor anything that'll come bite my ass in the future, believe me. My privacy is at my upmost importance in this business...

Yep. Kind of the whole point of the hobby is to keep everything personal out it. Out if sheer friendly curiosity I would enjoy chatting with several of the ladies I have met, but I know better. I don't need to know any of their business, nor them mine.

You know it's pretty sad that some people have nothing more useful or productive to contribute to society with all that "free time" they use to STALK, intimidate, threaten, and/or harass someone who is actually trying to work for what they have.
What a pathetic life they must live.
Some people need to worry about & water their own grass, if you know what I mean.

There are PROFESSIONS that are based on confidential information and the information acquired is kept confidential. To maintain that confidentiality requires a level of maturity and personal ethics, which are ignored by many or simply hasn't developed with the consequences of personal information acquired from personal interactions being passed along in either "private messages" ... "lounge" blogs and chat rooms... or pillow talk about other encounters.

There seems to be always a "group" in every crowd who seek information about others because they think it gives them "power" or "authority" over that person or it makes them feel important that they would know the information, so they release some or all of it to demonstrate their "special knowledge" ... while others simply barter with it for other favors. Then there are those who feel bad about themselves and what they are doing, so it makes them feel better that others have to cope with what they are doing in their respective world.

Then some just make shit up about people like they know something special.
