I too love the opportunities the hobby has opened up to me. The time spent with these beautiful women has been a blessing in my life. Even chatting it up online has been totally enjoyable. More often than not its just a text that turns my day around, just a kind thought. I'm more of a weekend warrior and don't play much during the week. So the polite interactions during the week, not only build anticipation but also pass the time of the 5 day drudgery.

Having spent a good portion of my youth in SE Asia, I never really made the adaptation to socializing over here. Every, if any random provider text I get that's outside of setting an appointment or post session chit chat is read like this "hello lonely dude, I'm pretty sure I'm one of your limited sources for female companionship which is in form of p4p. Can you happily check your account and availability and see if we can do a paid session? I hope you get the drift of where I'm coming from and be able to avoid that awkward moment when we discover that we had different ideas of what a good time tonight is"

I just can't see how a random text from a provider would brighten up your day unless you're planning to see her pretty soon. If anything it's disheartening that amongst the little attention I get from the opposite sex, it's only done because she wants money.

Not true. Sometimes during a session there is small talk, and he or I am going through something. A friendly pm saying "how are you feeling since you had surgery last week"?, It's called kindness and caring. Although many are a bitch on the board, in real life it's tough to tell how someone really is or how they are!
