as for drunk drivers and their victims I have plenty of sympathy for them. I lost a family member to one. and yes, that family member was partially responsible for getting in the car with the drunk asshole that caused their death. had they called a family member or their spouse to come and get them they might still be with us today. that was their choice though and the rest of us live with it. even the drunk bastard who carries the most responsibility for my family losing a member.

and you're right dh, I looked in the TOS and I didn't see anything about using at your own risk.
