So this guy contacts me through pm and sets up a date. We agree to 2hrs for 300 kisses + REVIEW. Its been a week now and still NO review. When I contacted him and asked why I don't see a review. He says, "The mods haven't submitted it yet." But why is it that everyday reviews have been posted? I even sent a mod a pm but still no answers. Not so much mad because I was compensated. But was kinda counting on that review! :'( Oh well, I guess life goes on!

But I would like to know what does ECCIE do when clients dont meet 100% with Providers? Or is this just about clients reporting on providers?? Please help me understand...
