Actually not exactly correct as there are hobbiest that may not be an active hobbyist but have been active in the past and may or may not be active in the future . They may still be active on boards to keep up on things if they do decide to get back in the game. And when you say "who is not adding value" or "identified and handled", that is the moderators job to determine not ours.
I'll be honest, I harped on someone last month and the moderators did their job and let me know a couple times (whether it was because of the moderators or people making the moderators aware.). The site worked the way it is suppose to, There is an issue and the moderator makes the determination on how to handle. Yeah I felt and still feel I was in the right, but my mistake was not to just make my point and move on. I have since apologized to said person, (apologized for how I acted not for what I believe).
Not everyone will agree on things. Also, some people write reviews, some just don't. (writing reviews are indead helpful but are not a prerequisite of being a member of this or most forums). As long as people adhere to the TOS and Forum Guidelines and are not LE or children, they have the right to be here.
