This topic right here really irks me. It makes no sense to me and probably never will, but I witnessed it happen again today and needless to say, I couldn't hold back....

Please note, I'm serious when I ask this, WTF is wrong with some of you guys?? You have been baited-n-switched, yet you still do a review with a 'YES' recommendation? Essentially, you have been lied to and played for a fool... sigh.. I'm genuinely befuddled. Most Guys respond with, "I was thinking with my little head" or "She was really nice even though the pics were not of her' or "She used fake pics for security reasons" Buuuulllshit. Bullshit bullshit. Then, to add insult to injury, you slaphappy push-overs do a fuckin review on the bogus hooker with a YES recommendation. The next thing I know, I see all these photo-robbing skanks on P411 and datecheck and alas they then bring their fabricated ads and pics to Eccie because, obviously, some guys here give these bogus hookers glowing endorsements, sooo.. why not?! lol

Well Gemma, from one secure smart hooker to another; I don't know what the fuck some of these guys are thinking. I have had some tell me things (unsolicited), that are pretty bad, but never do I see it in a review. Maybe they don't want to hurt feelings or whatever. Maybe they like to keep pricing low. I think the guys would be looking out for each other though. $50 is not worth my safety or a good time vs. a bad time. That's just my opinion.

So we honest, smart hookers can look at it like this: it makes our screening a little easier, and we can rest easy at night. ha ha Thank gosh, almost all of the guys are upstanding and smart too.

I agree with you Gemma, these type of reviews do not or help anyone looking for legit information. I guess that from viewing these reviews you can draw your own conclusions which would be the only positive that I can see. Just be truthful and tell it like it is. But on the other hand, to each his own. What someone else finds desirable may not be my cup of tea.

It's usually because:

The reviewer liked the appearance of the provider anyways
She gave good service
He is a rookie
A deal was made to get her name out there
He is a pushover
False review either by him (PA purposes), her, or interested parties.

Or a combo of the above

I think there are several things at play in some reviews.

Sometimes newbies post reviews with a yes cuz they don't have a lot of experience with the hobby & haven't figured out that there are better providers ^ experiences out there. I know when I first started in this hobby, I thought any pussy was good pussy. As I have been around longer my expectations changed & I don't settle for bad experiences.

I think some guys are just plain afraid to do a truthful review. They may believe that it will hurt their rep with other providers & in many cases other male hobbyists become assholish if you give their ATF a bad/no review.

I have seen reviews where the guy said he had a bad time & won't repeat a visit with a girl but still gives a yes recommendation.

Then there is Grizzly.... which is a whole other story.

+1 Gemma, I couldn't agree with you more. I admit I was guilty of rewarding providers who used fake pictures when I first started in the hobby, but no more. I have left incalls and refused to let these fakers into my outcall. Even if you decide to see these providers, why you would give them a "yes" recommendation is beyond me.

I totally agree- these days I would be embarrassed to even attempt to give a donation of less than 100$ even for the quickest of quickies. Paying a reasonable amount shows respect for ladies- and if you respect them, they tend to treat you well. So no backpage for me in the first place.

Gemma34, your absolutely right. I suppose my thought centers around safety. The booty could've been good, so they gained a "Yes' review but if she's posted fake pics with the expectation that guys will show up and stay once they find out they've been duped....what else is she doing. I don't need that extra drama!

Secure hookers and smart hookers like you know how to run their business like a business. They know that not every customer is their customer so they don't sweat it when they get a bad review because they're confident they're running a good business. However, there are dumb hookers who don't know how to handle business and desperately need every single customer they can get or they won't be able to bail their boyfriend out of jail, get their sister's car out of hock, buy cigarettes or whatever. Those are the types who will make a truthful reviewer's life a living hell if they so much as hint they had a bad experience. Then there's the Lancelot's of the board who have this weird fixation with making sure their best gal gets nothing but A+ reviews. Those guys also make things rough for truthful reviewers.
